Pure Finance theft and *****

I have purchased a motorbike private to private and financed it via Pure Finance, an authorized Financial Service Provider 46003. The deal was approved and MFC paid the amount to the Pure Finance, they again pay the seller. How ever, I have signed the MFC contract and it is completed from my side. The seller in the other hand has not received his money and I now have no response from Jacques Botes, the managing director of Pure Finance. This leaves me with the result of MFC's money on my contract is ****** by Pure Finance's managing director. This needs to be addressed urgently otherwise I will have to lay chargers against Jacques Botes as the managing director of Pure Finance for ***** and theft.
