Disappointing Experience with Hair Quality and Aftercare

I had high hopes when getting my extensions done at Pure Hair Extensions, but unfortunately, the experience turned into a nightmare.

Initially, the extensions looked great and lasted for about 3 months. However, by the 4th month, I noticed that around 10cm of the extensions' hair had broken off. When I raised this with the supplier, she blamed the products I was using - despite me showing her exactly what I use at the first appointment, where she confirmed those products were fine. She even called it negligence on my part, which felt unfair and dismissive.

Wanting clarity, I went for a second opinion. The new stylist immediately flagged the hair as likely being from a faulty batch and said that in such cases, a proper supplier would replace it. Sadly, Pure Hair Extensions refused to take any responsibility. The best offer I received was a discount on new hair - which gives me no reassurance that the issue wouldn’t repeat itself.

This wasn’t the only issue. Just 2 weeks after my initial appointment, I had problems with my extensions coming loose at the ends. Although she was willing to fix it, the problem kept returning. At my second opinion appointment, I was told that if I hadn’t come in when I did, I would’ve had bald patches within two months. When they removed the extensions, my natural hair was coming out too. It was truly a scary experience.

While the stylist herself is a lovely person, I’m incredibly disappointed with how my concerns were handled. I had very different expectations for service and accountability, especially after such a severe outcome.
