Not concept of Customer service!

My husband has been using Evolve Muscle Grow for about a year now and every single time he needs to buy the product the suppliers never have stock of the item in the flavour that he requires...this has been so for each and every order for the past year (at one point we were told that this is because it is a good seller...go figure!) Last Sunday i noticed that his supply was low so i placed an order with the stockist, later in the week she advised that it will be available for collection after 10am on the Friday. My husband was not available on Friday so we went through on Saturday to collect. When we got there it was not available for collection, I sent the lady a message, no response...the straw that broke the camels back... We decided that it was high time that he changed his brand as this was now getting a bit ridiculous. We went to Dischem and chose a different brand which he is quite happy with.

The lady from Pure Elite messaged me later in the day to say that she was going to deliver and that we could collect...i advised her that we were no long going to be purchasing the Evolve Muscle Grow.

This was part of her response, verbatim (she was extremely rude and hostile): "No problem. Thank you for waisting my time. You just a stupid and confuse client. And run to other places. Show you you dont know what you doing. I dont need clients like you in any case. Good luck."

The sad thing is that i advised Evolve of their stockist attitude and the emai l that i received from Francois was quite pathetic, they basically don't care who stocks there product....but no surprised there as when i initially had issues re-ordering i contacted them and received absolutely no help.

So the moral of the story is that there are many suppliers & brands of supplements and customers have a right to choose. I may love a supplement that i am currently using but if the service that i receive is pathetic then i will not think twice about moving on. Your loss not mine!!
