I f there is any Electrical supplier that provide professional service it is Pieter and staff.

I have an inverter packed up and I called them to stop anything from happening any further. they were there is a flash. They disconnected it and they provided me with a technical report and the cost for a replacement. R51000.00.

The other party that did not play there part was my insurance (Santam) They did not event know what an inverter was and how it works. They contacted Pure Electrical to explain what it was and how it looked. They only payment that the insurance is prepared to pay is R10000 of the R51000. That is just the price for a battery.

They are still there to assist me as far as possible, but I vannot expect them to replace the inverter of R51000 for R10000.

They also did a full evaluation of my electrical system and gave me a good bill of health.

The other thing was that my CPAP machine packed up and Santam do not want to cover that and also not the UPS for extra protection for my PC,s.
