MOST UNPROFESSIONAL

The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL service I have ever dealt with.

The cleaning staff are rude, lazy and just don't care. While the supervisor is trying to explain to them what to do, they backchat and laugh at her, and then do whatever they want anyway. After being specifically told on many occasions what and how to clean in our house, they still do not even try to do it. They don't clean on top of, inside, or under items where dirt normally settles. They use up an entire can of Mr. Min, but you cannot smell any furniture has been polished.

When calling the owner, Lee-Ann Gregory, to complain, it was very clear the supervisor has no support at all from her and she clearly does not care about the customers - more concerned that we owe her R29.00 because she increased her prices after we already paid the old price for the service - and by the way, she still owes us R1.00 change that she has conveniently not bothered to refund.

I would not recommend getting any services at all from Lee-Ann Gregory and her Pure Cleaning Solutions.
