Disgusting treatment from the owner/manager

The worst place ever to go for a massage is Pure Beauty in Erica Square Belhar. Had 4 vouchers for the 30 min head, back and neck massage and I called the day before to make the booking. The person I spoke to said I should just come between 10am to 2pm the next day. Needless to say the manager/owner was so rude to me, saying that who said I must come, when I told her, she said I didn't speak to her. She persisted in saying I didn't speak to her when I told her if I didn't speak to her then sorry but I know I spoke to someone. She made me out to be a **** and was totally rude. The treatment was putrid and appalling. I didn't end up redeeming any vouchers and told her she is rude and she is making me uncomfortable of whish she said I can contact hyperli where I bought the vouchers to request a refund. Worst ever experience from the manager/owner herself. I would not recommend Pure Beauty to anyone. A business that does not value customers when in fact customers are the reason the business flourishes. Sad, really horrible and disgusted by the treatment. DO NOT GO THAT SALON, THE OWNER HERSELF IS SO RUDE, plus the process she told me to follow is not how they usually do it, she was basically saying that to get me to leave. Full blown argument between her and myself, very bad for business. I can imagine how many other customers she has treated this way. She as the owner should know better, just shows she does not respect the customers that support her. No value at all. It's pathetic and I hope she learns how to treat customers. She is a bad business woman. It's dusgusting. There was so much more that took place but this is it in a nutshell
