We have been purchasing various gluten free flours from Pure and Whole for some time, and have always had great quality and service from them. This last purchase however, has taken their service and willingness to help to a whole new level. We were desperate to get a specific flour to complete orders for clients, and Jacques and his team contacted us at 9.38pm this evening to say that they had completed our order and it would be dropped off at the courier in the morning. We wish them great success and applaud them for their customer service and great quality.
