Hi I had a great experience with Pure and Whole. I had bought around five Kgs of seeds from Pure and Whole and the process was quick and easy. Unfortunately the seeds I had bought were too small for my intended use and I approached Pure and Whole asking if they could possibly refund me or swap my order. The team was so helpful and were kind and generous to give me a full refund on the purchased seeds. I would like to thank the Pure and Whole team for their customer service and great products.
