Pathetic service and lying *********** employer and staff

The experience with this business (which I'm sure is a fly-by-night thing as they are not even a registered business)was appalling. The attitude of the staff were pathetic towards the guests and they even had the audacity to insult my function. The employer made np connection or communication with me prior to the event however had an employee speak to me, giving false information and incorrect pricing on a quote. A substantial amount of time thereafter I was contacted and forced to pay for hidden costs that was not brought to my attention from the very beginning. I was put in extreme incontinence in terms of paying amounts which I could not afford because of the miscommunication and negligence of *********** staff and an employer who was rude, abrupt and had no decent communication s****s when it came to the PAYING CUSTOMER! I later on contacted guests who came forward with their experience and sadly all were unpleasant. I have conducted a search and the company seems to be unregistered and therefore I think this business needs to be investigated.
