ONLY auto response email support

My experience with purchasesharesonline.com is more negative than positive. I wrote to there 24/7 support 3 times with the same question but only got an auto response email with no answer to my question.

I asked to speak to an actual support person but only got the same email for the 3rd time with still no resolution to my situation. They may have 24/7 support but it's useless if your question cannot be answered and are not listed in the FAQ section.

I invested a certain amount of money knowing it's a risk none the less I wish to speak to an actual person in regards with a situation I have but to no avail was I able to speak to a human, only a ****** automatic response.

I hope I can speak to someONE in the very near future about my situation and I expect better support from their side.
