I had numerous Brazilian Blow Wave's done before.I booked an appointment at Pura Deusa Hair and Beauty for the first time.After the straightening process, she said I was finished.I remembered that with previous treatments, a final rinsing step were done.Annah did not do this and when I asked about it, she said it was not necessary.The following day I washed my hair, it was unmanageble.I phoned Annah, informing her that something is wrong.She said I must come back in 3 days later.When I went back, she washed my hair and blow-dried it, saying that nothing is wrong.My hair was more frizzy than before the treatment.I sought a second opinion and found out that my hair was burnt.They asked about the procedure and pointed out that the hair must be completely dried before the straightening process.When treating fine, blond hair, the flat iron should be adjusted and finally confirmed that the last treatment is necessary to restore the hairs natural pH.I phoned Annah and told her what was said to me.I had 2 Olaplex treatments done and had to cut my hair.Annah said she will give me my money back.I went to fetch the money, and she refused to give it back, having excuses and calling me a lair.
