Aggressively treated puppies

We went to Puppy World and were looking at puppies, we were holding 2 miniature duchounds when the lady who works there aggressively grabbed the dogs from us saying that it is her “****ing dog”. She hit the one pups bottom on the cage door and threw the other pup back in the cage. It is not fair towards the animals to be treated this way. They are not getting proper attention and love that they need.
