Puppy and kitty haven Midrand...unbecoming

The Midrand puppy and kitty haven being a charity organisation for rescue pets needs to improve their conduct towards potential recipients of pets. The manager's conduct is cold callous and unbecoming for a person representing an organisation that needs assistance. Their screening process is flawed and my daughter has indirectly been labelled a breeder. They present every angle of why you do not deserve the pet rather than judge you on positives. We were denied a pet based on unsubstantiated reasons and based more on perception. Compassion is solely lacking and it is not pleasant to deal with a daughter crying because of the denial thinking it's her fault. An experience that is undignified. We had enough of that in the past seems like we still do in our beloved south Africa.
