Poor service, non disclosure, rude

just now NEW Extremely disappointed. Adopted two kitties. We have had them for 4 days, they have been to the vet twice already. Vaccination cards are not valid and not accepted by veterinarian. They did not disclose that injections are done in house.

Both kitties have ring worm and require extensive treatment with vet. Extremely disappointed. We feel disheartened about the increasing medical bills.

Do not go near them if you want healthy pets.

They are hardly ever open.

We want to deregister the kittens from their database but they have blocked out number. UNACCEPTABLE
