Don't fall for Punt Casino's promotions and "cash backs".

After signing up on the Punt online casino web site I made a few deposits and lost some money. They offer a 15% cash back on deposits and after getting back a R65 I hit it nice and big. I cashed out between 10 & 20k rand.

This however was not received well by Punt. My account got blocked a few days later to prevent me from receiving any promotions, comp points or cash backs. Their very robot like customer care agent could only say the same thing over and over for the past few months: congratulations on your winnings (although I haven't won in ages) , you have been excluded from all promotions by the accounts department as a result of your big winnings.

So, this post might not resolve anything and frankly I wouldn't use their platform again as I am already "red flagged" . But if the post can prevent anyone from using their casino, I am happy. Rather try Thunderbolt or Silversands, better customer care and they don't treat you like **** when you win.
