Appalling service

Absolutely pathetic service delivery. Their online account verification never works. They ask you to mail through your documents yet 4 days later your account is still not verified. I have waited more than 30 minutes to chat to an agent, it is absolutely pathetic. Lottostar verifies your documents in less that 5 minutes
