Worst service from PUNKCASE ever!

I ordered a Case for my note 8 mid July, made an enquiery in mid august to which i received a reply that it takes 2 to 6 weeks for delivery to SA so I waited. When enquiering again i was told the parcel was lost and that I should let them know if I want a refund or the case to be reshipped...i rep**** almost immediately asking for a refund to which I received a very curtly reply that they cant do a refund once a product has been shipped. Cant seem to reach anyone ever since that email. Their communication, customer service and trustworthiness is non existant. Please think twice before using this company
