They are really, really terrible.

If you are looking for a new cellphone case, do NOT buy from Punkcase. Their ********** customer service was a real joy to deal with. NOPE. NOPE! It's money to them. It seems thats what they are about and NOT you -the customer. I will never, ever shop or recommend them.
