Pungi Pillay and associates
These are lawyers at 6th floor Corporate place on Dorothy Nyembe. My relative went there to find someone who was going to represent him on his unfair dismissal case at CCMA. He found a lady who introduced herself as Nondu. She sent her an SMS with a date,venue and time days prior of which they went with her on at CCMA. She later sent another SMS with another date, time and same venue three weeks prior: my relative asked Nondu to ask the company to produce the contract of employment on the date, which entails the company policies and procedures, Her response was "the contract does not state the charges against the employee". It has been really hard to work with Nondu as she has been against most of the the things my relative suggest . He has been waiting for the next date now about 6 months, which very long compared to the estimation they made at CCMA.
