ORDER PG7540 No service or feedback regarding a order I put in at Pungew

I order the toy 12 September 2020 on Pungew for my grandson's birthday on 24 November. I received an e-mail that they received the order and order no is PG7540. Up till now I didn't receive the goods. I sent e-mails to them to ask when it will be delivered and feedback but they don't even hassle to reply. I paid the gift in full the day I ordered it but didn't hear or receive anything from them yet.
