Abysmal ethics, quality of workmanship and service

Pumba's Pools were commissioned and paid a 60% deposit 9 October 2014 to refurbish my pool: remarbalite charcoal, change filer sand, lay new mosaics + new coping tiles, commission pool post refurb.The start date was delayed by 6 weeks due to builder delays.Work began 1st week December.Within days Mitch asked for an additional R 6000.00 which I paid him 8.12.2014 under duress that the work would not go ahead.He was paid the balance in full 19.12.2014 and assured me all was good.I had endless problems getting the Zodiac to work post commissioning the pool.We dug up the pool pipes, Bryanpark Pools took the Zodiac apart, it turns out Mitch never changed the filter sand.On top of that, the marbalite began to crack.His attitude was and is that he would come \have a look when he is in the area".He eventually changed the filter sand which I discovered through the builders on site and dumped a blob of white plaster over the main crack - in a new charcoal pool! - but ignored the other smaller cracks.6 weeks ago a coping tile also came away.
