Zero customer service

Received sub standard goods from Puma. Just get issued a refund. No explanation. No feedback on what caused the issue. Nothing. Last email was sent 8 days ago. I have repurchased the shoes. I wanted to know what caused the issue. If it's something major would send back the goods immediately but Puma is to busy giving free items to influencers. Paying customers received this level of service.
