Yucky Customer Experience ever

Extremely yucky customer experience On my anniversary gift, unfortunately I get to experience this service which is unforgettable

As much as the products are fabulous and everything, the service in stores is not so pleasant, extremely Yucky for someone that was excited in getting a product as a present everything ruined experience of getting the product flushed over a simple thing, failing to exchange a size, due to a stain which was at the rear of the Tshirt which was never caused by me, size small was extremely small to say I’ve worn it.

Employees need to start realizing that we don’t pay for their attitude but the products and service but if the service we pay for is what creates such shopping experiences something needs to be done. The worse service I got from V&A Puma Assistant Manager and Manager.
