Worst online service

This is my worst online experience ever, I placed an order online on the 28 October and while I was checking out I was redirected to the payment page I confirmed the payment on my banking app and the funds deducted and it kept on loading till it timeout on the puma online site, I sent two emails already with no response, I tried calling and I spoke to Kgontse who promised to provide feedback before the end of the day but that was not done, I called the next day I was told that my order will be placed manually from their side and that I’d get an email with order details but I have not received anything it’s been a week now with no communication, I don’t have any order number or confirmation email… I have tried a number of times to contact them after the last time I spoke to the same consultant twice but the phone rings to voicemail, this is so unprofessional and disappointing.
