Worst experience

Went to Puma outlet at Fourways crossing, they told me they are at capacity and I needed to wait. I left and when I came back at 16:40 they were closed supposedly they close at 17:00. Another customer arrived saying she had the same experience last week, we tried to get the security’s attention to ask him what time they close, he completely ignored us. I knocked on the door until a female security guard came forward and rudely said they close at 16:30, when I asked why they are ignoring us, she asks whether I had asked her Anything. If these are the kind of ppl u hire at your stores not am I glad I didn’t buy anything I actually will never buy another Puma item.
