WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER

I have placed a order, delivery was quick. Then i logged a return on 31/8/2023 which PUMA sent a return confirmation for on 31/8/23..i have made SEVERAL calls/emails to Puma. Up to today, NO collection or Refund, i cannot get to a manager as they are working remotely, that is the excuse support agents give. order P***
