Worst Customer Service at Puma Outlet in Woodmead....

Today I went out to buy my mother a pair of sneakers at one of the Puma Outlet Store in Woodmead. I met a sales consultant named Masego Ramora upon my arrival, I asked her if the Sale is still on. I was shocked by her rude response!!! She said I'm asking her a rhetorical question because I can see the Sale board at the window.

I ignored her and started to look for a suitable sneaker for my mother, but her response kept in bugging me whilst I'm the store. I decided to confront her and requested to see her manager Phumlani. In front of her manager Masego told never to set foot again in her store! I went ahead and bought the pair of sneakers but I'm returning them immediately!

I will never again in my life visit a Puma store after today's experience.
