Very poor services, actually terrible.

My name is kedibone, yesterday i went to visit the puma store in strubensvalley retail crossing around 14:57pm as there was a markdown on puma sneakers for children under 4years, so i asked a gentlemen that works there to confirm whether the price on the shelf went from R480 to R240 on those particular pairs and he confirmed the price is correct, went i got to the till i came across a lady by the name of Amber she scanned the sneakers and left me at the till without saying a word where she was going to, I waited for 5 minutes and when she came back she told me the shoes scanned for R480 and i told her the gentleman confirmed that there is a markdown on those sneaker and she responded by saying " you can take them or leave them as i cant change the price". I just left the store as i didnt have time and the energy to argue or even call her manager, but i went to a different store and got myself a pair of a different name brand. I love shopping at puma stores but its employees like Amber that will bring a great brand like Puma to its knees....
