Unprofessional

I bought a sneaker on the 31 May logged a return on the 6th they still did not collect I have sent numerous emails I’m calling they not taking my calls I’m now stuck with sneakers I need my R1000 back and for them to collect the sneakers I’m very frustrated right now I need help
