Uninformed manager delaying our purchases after travelling from far.

The manager at Mall of Africa failed to give us a Varsity Vibe discount on a shoe we traveled 40 kms for because he was "unaware" about it. When I went to another Puma store they informed me that its his responsibility to be informed and/or they are ******** to the fact because Puma has been registered on Varsity Vibe for years. I left the manager with my details and he still hasn't called to confirm anything. This is unacceptable.
