unhappy customer

So i decided to goto the Puma Outlet store in P.E/G.Q to got fit on a pair specific sneakers.... I asked one of the assistants for the model and his response was, "They haven't got that specific design in stock but they have something similar which fits exactly like the pair I'm looking for." So i said, "okay, let's try it".. The gent handed me the box and I opened it, only for see that this is the exact pair I was referring to.... I told him, this is the pair and he laughed and apologised.... however, it wasn't my size though... I tried on another pair which fitted but I didn't like the colour... I asked him to source me the pair I'd like but he gave me some b.s story about how the manager needs to do so.... It's been 3 days and they haven't gotten back to me as yet....

The worse possible service you could possibly ask for..
