They are recieving payments then become unvailable and never deliver the order for months !!

I should have come here to read reviews before I purchase items from www.puma.co.za / Puma South Africa Online. Today is about 40 days since I bought a lot of Gym items from them online and hasn't been delivered yet. It is even looking like my order is lost and I should forget about it. 10 days ago I called them, hardly they recieved my call but what they told me is that my order is like lost with the courier company. They promised to refund and we agreed like that. But surprisingly two days later, I recieved their email informing me that my order has been restarted from zero (like a new order). Since that day until today, no message from them and no delivery. When trying to call them, they are not picking my calls. As I'm writing this review, I've spent the whole day trying to have them on phone but no answering !!!! This is sincerely a shame for a such big brand !
