Thembalethu Garage - bad service and dirty!

What ever you do, do not ever work at Puma Garage in thembalethu. The staff are iuncared for by the owner!!! I the past three days there were a few breaking whereby the teller that was on duty, got shot through her arm. By the way I need to mention that the owner of thisbPuma Garage does no has never introduced a proper safety protocol. The main doors to the shop shuts at 21h00 Threte is ever only working alone during the night and need I say that it is a woman. She has no pepper spray There is no link to any securityagents and there is also no panic button linked to a security company or even the police. Everyone working at Puma has to work a (10) ten. Hour shift without any lunch breaks! The shop and in and around the outside has never been cleaned and painted,it's in a very desperate need of a fresh lick of paint!!!!! Another thing to mention is that Peter, the owner has multiple ******* electricity cables running in various directions in and above the ground. These cables lead to all sorts of street vendors/shops etc. I find management to be very laxidszi when it when management is supposed to set the example and also leading the way, after all it's his business!! Often the petrol pumps are bone dry, Peter has to actually got to drive to town to purchase a little bit of diesel and or petrol, he has no shame! The station is often out of fuel. Now for the kitchen... I have yet to see any other kitchen as caked up with all the oil slashes like Puma's kitchens. The entire shop has no air conditioning and not to mention all the flies sitting around on the food, disgusting! Staff are paid fortnightly God forbid if any of the tills do not add up, the tellers have to sigh I. O. U"S Nearly on a daily basis, innocent people are attacked and with Pangas and other methods of punishment, The police never do anything about these fights. So I beg you not to go there, not only for the bad service but also for your own safety. There, don't say that I didn't warn you. PS. I a nutshell, there are no bullet proof windows but there is also no armed response that can assist if and when Puma Garage in Themalethu gets into trouble again.

Conclusion:- This dirty, unsafe place should be avoided at all costs till a proper security company is hired to protect the premises or at least build a secure closed room for where the teller/s sit. That place requires a huge transformation especially cosmetically. Also not a wise move for Peter, the owner to constantly pick fights with all his staff. The staff... S him, they are very unhappy to work there. .....
