Their service is horrible, no delivery of goods

I ordered 3 sneakers and 1 and 1 trackpant from Puma online on the 26th of April and up to now no delivery was made, I have checked the status of my parcel and it shows parcel hijacked. I have not gotten any update about my parcel and my parcel was handed to the courier the very same day I made a purchase. I have tried to communicate with Puma to find a way forward or at least an update of what is going on but got no response, I have send out emails and made calls but they don't answer the phone, I also tried to reach them via their social media accounts Facebook, Instagram and Twitter but they do not respond, the only responded me on Facebook to send my details and they have been quite since!!! I need the stuff or money back!!! This is DISSAPOINTING AND TERRIBLE especially from such a big company!!!
