TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY DISAPPOINTING PUMA

The customer service at Puma is ridiculous and I'm so disappointing in them in such a way that i'll never buy from them ever again. i bought online and because of the technical error they had on their side, than the notify me of cancelling my order . do you think I got my money back . I've been calling back and forth to think someone will call you back forget it. it's been over a week now but not even the accounts is giving feedback on my refund.
