Terrible customer service

No customer service. No reply nothing. Bought shoes for my son and the soles are loose. I've tried everything but I get no response. Terrible company never ever buying from them again. I was a very loyal customer bought all my sons shoes from them. But I'm sure I will find a new brand with better customer service. I bought online since we live on a farm with no shops. Maybe there shops are better with there customers but I'm not going to try.
