Slly policies

I ordered from them, service is generally great but if a company cannot refund R140 simply because i forgot to apply a discount voucher, this is poor policy in my view! They told me to rather send my order back and order again. How does this make any sense in the real world? Now I wont get the same shoe, with available size at the same price! so now I have to write of the R140 :(
