Shoddy service Puma Store

I purchased a pair of sneakers on Sunday and wore it twice only to discover a tear appearing on the side. I took it back 4 days later to the store at the Centurion Mall. I was told by the store manager Faith that she has to forward the complaint to her Regional manager Gugu. It's been 3 days and i haven't been given a response. I paid spent close to R5000 + at this store and think in assisting customers with regards to complaints that their assistance is POOR. I am totally disappointed as the Faith didn't want to give me the contact details of her Regional manager.
