SHOCKING QUALITY

There is no customer complaint email or contact on the Puma website. I bought an expensive pair of Puma football boots for my son, however they lasted 2 practice sessions before tearing ALL THE WAY DOWN THE SIDE . I would like a refund or replacement but its impossible to get hold of Puma SA??
