Shocking Customer Service

I placed an order online, received the order, no problems. Until i want to try return the purchase.... you cant log a return on their site because it wont allow you to enter the info required for a return. I want a refund for what i bought so i could purchase something else, I have emailed 3 times, sent a message on instagram, tried to call and went to a store and still had ZERO response or assistance. The customer service is absolutely shocking to say the least. Based on this experience i will not be purchasing anything from Puma again. They dont even deserve a 1 star rating in my opinion
