Rude unhelpful staff

I asked Retail crossing to source a black Puma mens long golf pants size 30 and 32. They kindly informed me that Woodmead branch had a size 30. My son and I visited the Woodmead store on Tuesday afternoon 7 July 2015 to fit the pants. <br> From the moment we arrived, not one staff member bothered to acknowledge us. There was a box of takkies on special. I tried to find a mate and when I requested help, the staff on duty refused and said they do not assist with finding mates, I must scratch myself. After searching for half and hour without finding the mate of the shoe I liked, the staff member informed me that some takkies were samples and there were no mates!<br> Totally frustrated with their rude attitude and unwillingness to assist customers, I stormed out of the store without purchasing any items.<br> I really would appreciate if the head office could source the Black Puma Long Golf Pants size 32 for my son. If you find any, I would like to purchase 2. They are currently marked down to R450
