Returns for a different size puma

Hi i have ordered an item from the online puma stores. The order and delivery was really good howevere the return is a problem. I have tried on numerous occasions to phone the number on the internet it just says we currently have high volumes i have waited for a long time on few occasions. They do not reply to your email that they give for returns. I am really disappopinted.
