Returning order

Bought some clothes at Puma online not happy with the quality of thier clothes tried to return it back i cant get help i keep getting messages that says my order couldn't be picked up becoz im not ready to send it really does that make sense .how can i log a return if im not ready .pliz come collect ur clothes your product sucks a lot .your service is worse
