Return Policy

Never order anything online from Puma South Africa I’m struggling to get my money back from them, I bought something online and they delivered a wrong size. I requested a return and it was approved on 02 April 2023 till this day they have not picked up the item yet which delays me getting my money from them. Poor customer service and their return policy sucks because it favours them and not the customer.
