Refund - Worst experience ever.

So in the beginning of the year I bought 3 pairs of shoes from puma, which of I have returned 2 pairs which was refunded quite quickly. At the end of July l logged a return for the 3rd pair of shoes which had problems, and was notified on the 24/08/2021 that refund was processed and till date I'm still waiting for my refund. When I send them an email, all they say is check your bank statements of February the refund is their, even though I told them, that there should be a second refund last month for the 3rd pair, but they just ignore me.
