Refund of order no: P***

Returned a puma sneaker, stitching came lose, that I only wore 3 times in 2 months after purchase, can't get through to any consultant at puma to hear when I will be refunded, phone just says all agents are busy, leave a message, no one getting back to you, emailed support as well no response, it took ages to get the Sneaker returned now again cant get through to anyone at puma, in the mean time I bought a other puma sneaker thinking that my refund would have been received all ready, but no response, I want puma to please refund me, as I do not want the same sneaker that broke so quick, I have already bought another sneaker of the same price because I was afraid the size will sell out if I wait for the refund, and I'm still waiting for the refund and some communication, it's unnessary frustrating as puma is a big company and should reply to it's customers, I'm a puma girl, bit don't know if I want to buy there anymore as it's not a pleasant experience anymore, Puma please refund order number: P***, this was collected by the courier, this is the only option I have now as I can't get through to puma on the phone and get no reply sending emails to ***
