Refund my money!!!

Puma online worse services ever, Consultant are useless keeps saying it’s escalated to management, you ask to be transferred to the manger they can’t do that it’s different offices, I ask for a contact for manager it’s stories, You better do the right thing and refund back my money as promised on your email it’s over 7 working days. The proof of payment I was promised to be sent still nothing.
