Refund

Since i logged a return 12 days ago for that puma shoe, they never came tò collect it, sent emails, and I'm getting excuses. Then i went to check the reviews, and i found horror. Don't ever order anything from the puma website!! I'm so sad 😞 thought i will be having my money right now! They don't value their customers or respect them now I'm stuck with this shoe i don't even think that i will even get my refund even if they come collect their stupid shoe i will never ever order from this mother****ers ever again, they don't even answer their calls its all a ****
