Really bad after service

I have bought 5 new pairs of Pumas in the last 3 months. What I have learnt is that they have absolutely no after service. I have recently returned an order: P*** and have heard nothing back and have not been refunded. They don't answer PHONES, it goes to voice mail. For a large company like PUMA I find that very unprofessional. The only response I get is on social media, but they keep saying the have escalated it to the right department. The right department never contacts you back!! This will be my last purchase from your online platform, I cant buy goods from a circus!
