Puma za PATHETIC SERVICE

Online store Service is absolutely pathetic. First I paid a bit more than other stores where I could have got the item immediately.

Second The call centre hasn't picked my call after calling numerous times and waiting serveral minutes on the line.

How does one track their order ??? Online says 3-5 days and you'd be receiving emails on the process. I've received no emails which means the order hasn't even began the process.

Service is absolutely pathetic. I am not happy.

Are these 'sales' just a ploy to create turnover during the lockdown?? I would cancel the order and get my item cheaper elsewhere due the PATHETIC SERVICE I would most probably not receive my money on time and would probably receive PATHETIC service on that end too.

I expect my item to be here in 5 days I don't care what needs to be done, keep up to what you've advertised !!!
